Platform

The execution layer for financial services

Synthex sits above the systems you already run, coordinating work end to end with governance and evidence built in.

The problem

Critical work does not run cleanly across the institution

Firms add tools and automate tasks, but still struggle to run critical work cleanly across the enterprise, absorbing regulatory risk, operational cost, and customer harm.

How it works

End-to-end execution, evidenced by default

Wherever work happens (meetings, documents, emails, long-running processes) Synthex coordinates across your teams and the systems they already use.

Capabilities

Your teams, faster. Your firm's execution, in your hands.

Every team works faster, every process runs cleaner, and nothing falls through without a record.

Features

Everything the platform gives you

Synthex is layered. Teams interact at the surface; the work happens deeper. Step through what each layer does.

The stack

Layered by design

Capture, coordinate, govern, generate. Every layer running inside a subscription dedicated to you.

FAQ

Common questions

The questions security, compliance, and operations teams ask first.

Does Synthex keep a human in control of regulated decisions?

Yes. Synthex runs work through explicit approval gates: it prepares the drafts, extractions, and reconciliations, and a named person reviews and approves each consequential step before anything is finalised. Human oversight is built into the workflow, not bolted on afterwards.

What evidence does Synthex produce for audits and regulatory reviews?

Synthex captures an audit-ready record as the work runs. Every input, system action, and human approval is logged with timestamps, so evidence is assembled in real time rather than reconstructed months later.

How is our data isolated, and is it used to train shared models?

Every deployment runs in a dedicated, single-tenant subscription that isolates your data at the infrastructure level. Your data is not used to train shared models, is not sold or shared beyond what's needed to run your work, and regulated client data never goes into a public chatbot.

Does Synthex replace our CRM, custody, or portfolio systems?

Not today. Synthex sits above the systems you already run and orchestrates work between them, reading and writing through their interfaces, so your systems of record stay where they are. Longer term, the platform is expanding to take on more of that system-of-record layer itself, including CRM-style records. If your needs go beyond orchestration, talk to us and we'll walk you through where the platform is heading.

How does Synthex address AI accuracy and model risk?

The model is one component, not the product. Synthex runs the regulated process around it: applying your policies and approval gates, checking outputs with internal AI judges, and running our own evaluations to monitor quality, with a named person accountable for every consequential decision.

What are your security certifications?

Synthex is certified to ISO 27001:2022. SOC 2 and UK Cyber Essentials Plus are in progress, and we describe their status honestly rather than imply they are already in place. Dedicated, single-tenant deployment supports your data-residency and segregation requirements.

How do you secure and monitor the platform?

Security and monitoring are governed by our ISO 27001:2022 controls. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and least-privilege, and platform activity is logged to support monitoring and audit. We're happy to take your security team through our architecture, controls, and shared-responsibility model as part of a review.
